The Revolution swimming pool cover is made of a tough, flexible plastic polymer material. It can be used alone or fitted onto a pool cover roller. The material is resistant to damage from both UV light and pool chemicals. The Revolution transfers heat only one direction and reflects it from the other, which is how it keeps the pool warmer. It is designed for long life as it is made of five layers of material laminated together.
When you order a Revolution pool cover, it will be cut a little larger than the size you order. This is so you can trim it to fit your pool exactly. It is supposed to be allowed to float on the top of the water and extend right to the edges. It is important to aim any water jets in the pool down so that they don't disturb the pool cover when it is in place. When you are heating the water, the black side of the pool cover should be positioned so that it points up toward the sunshine. The other side of the Revolution is a silvery white color.
